3. What is the turnaround time for a replacement unit?
Turnaround time usually ranges from 2-3 business day after purchase. All units are fully programmed and tested. True plug and play installation with no expensive trip to the dealer.
Special order items are may take longer. Up to 3 additional business days.
4. What is your Core return policy?
All of our sales are with the exchange of a rebuildable core *core deposit/Fee may apply* You must send in your rebuildable core within 14 days of delivery to activate warranty. The Core must have the same part number as the unit purchased and be in a rebuildable condition in order to qualify for a full core refund.
*Customer is responsible for all core shipping cost.*
5. Do you offer Warranty?
Upon Return & Receiving your REBUILDABLE CORE and core deposit your warranty will be activated. The warranty is non-transferrable and applies only to original purchaser. Warranty is void if the vehicle is sold! We are not responsible for lost or mismailed units sent to us for warranty or R&R services. If a warranty is issued a refund may not qualify. Warranty is subject to Auto Computers U.S.A approval.
6. What is considered a rebuildable core?
A rebuildable core is a unit that has an internal failure that can be repaired by a certified technician. If your core has water damage, corrosion and/or fire damage your unit may not be considered rebuildable
7. How does shipping work?
There is a 2-3 day programming and the testing time period after an order is placed. We use USPS Priority shipping to deliver all of our modules. This usually takes 1-3 business days on average and most of our modules are delivered to the customer in less than 5 business days. In some cases, we can expedite the shipping and will inform you if that is a possibility.
8. Where do I send my package?
Once the unit has been removed from the vehicle, package it in an appropriate box. Use adequate packaging to keep it safe during transport.
